I got to go see the Batbaby this weekend. It was pretty fun. He was super excited about bubbles. He carried the giant bubble bottle down the stairs chanting "bubbles! bubbles! bubbles!" the whole way. Unfortunately while the Batbaby understands all the steps: dip the bubble wand, blow, poke your fingers in all the bubble holes, redip bubble wand; there is something elusive about actually producing bubbles. But he was determined to work it out himself without help. 
As a prize for so much hard work he got to drive the car. His favorite is turning the headlights on and off. not because he can actually see the headlights in the middle of the day but because it turns on the "you left your headlights on" alarm.
Once he masters the mercury and learns stick we'll be on to the batmobile.
It sounds like a fun day. You are gonna miss that batbaby!
