I've been doing the fancy restaurant thing again this summer. The August restaurant was Chops Lobster Bar. It was the end of the month so my lab mate and I went on a last minute culinary adventure. The setting was pretty cool, it made me think of a speak easy. The menu was probably the most expensive one that I have encountered yet, so we both opted for the fish option. The groper I got was delightful and she really liked her sushi. But what really took the night was the lobster bisque that I got as an apetizer. I know some of you love the Legal Seafood's lobster bisque, this was about 10 times better. And just like Legal Seafood I left thinking "Why didn't I just get a whole vat of the soup?"
