Fancy Dinner

Wednesday one of my friends had a birthday and a group of us went out to a fancy restaurant she had picked. Driving there was quite an adventure because there was a massive thunderstorm, which was very impressive. The food was really good. My friend and a few other people in the group got quail and fancy rice. I got duck with sweet potatoes and cabbage. This was my first non Chinese style duck and it was very delicious. The way it was prepared it reminded me more of beef than of chicken. It was fun to go out for a fancy adventure.
