This is the third year my work friends and I have participated in the Tartan Trot. It is a well organized race that benefits the youth programs of a local church. This year we all did the 10k I finished in just over an hour, all my friends were faster. At the end we got lots of promotional samples of different things the two best ones were a new brand of chocolate milk that was very creamy and some very potent grapefruit juice. It was pretty exciting. Most importantly, we went out for a fancy breakfast afterwards.
